The more I work at this company, the more I realize how important it is to go after every opportunity. There have been countless times when we’ve gone to customers and they say they already have a sign guy, but we give them a card anyways and say if you ever need us just give us a call—and we get the call. Seeing this makes me realize that I can apply it to my life and go after things I may think I never have a shot at getting too. After all…you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. So I’ve decided to make this the Summer of Opportunity for myself. To say yes to things that I normally wouldn’t. To try new things. To meet new people. And yes, to go after new opportunities.
