Factory Handyman
responsibilities
- Operate wide format digital printer, flat-bed laminating table, and vinyl plotter/cutter
- Manufacture of signs on a wide variety of substrates including measuring, cutting, sealing, etc.
- Prepare and pack finished signs for dispatch to customer
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives
qualifications
- Computer literate, ability to learn to use new software
- Mechanical aptitude: ability to work with one’s hands
- Able to work to deadlines and produce high volume, high quality work
- Able to work light machinery and lift vinyl rolls up to 50 lbs
- Familiar with and able to operate hand tools, light cutting equipment, and other tools/machinery

- Competitive wage of $12–$14 per hour

- Able to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Knowledgeable of various sign making materials used in the production of signs
- Knowledgeable of wide-format printers, cutters/plotters, and rip & print software
